As an officially registered clinical laboratory, we have various operation structures in place to provide highly reliable and high-quality analysis.
By gaining a common understanding of the scope of the analysis through meetings in advance and other means, we conduct our analysis by seeing ourselves as a member of the customer’s research project.

Basic order process
1.Filling out the request
Please download the Analysis Request Form (Estimate)(Word/PDF).
Please also read Basic Terms and Conditions in advance.
2.Submitting the Request Form (via Fax or email)
Please submit your Request Form before you send in specimens and samples.
We will generate an estimate after verifying the nature of your request
(type, purpose, notes, etc.) and considering appropriate methods for analysis.
We will ship you fixatives as needed (when sending biological samples, for example).
*Please send us the Request Form if you are requesting an estimate.

3.Shipping specimens
*We will send you fixatives as needed (for example, when you send in biological samples).
Send us your specimens/samples to our Sales Department along with the original copy of the Request Form.
Packing
Please pack properly to prevent damage and leak. Please send biological samples using a refrigerated delivery service whenever the service is available.
Please be acknowledged that the specimens/samples may have to be replaced whey they are frozen.

*When specimens/samples need to be processed for analysis as soon as they arrive, please consult us in advance about the shipping date for the specimens/samples and the schedule for the analysis.
4.Receiving specimen/sample
After receiving and verifying your specimens/samples, we will contact you via the phone or email to provide the estimated date of delivery.
5.Analysis starts
Experienced technical staff will carry out the analysis.
6.Delivering the Analysis and Image Reports
Our deliverables are an Analysis Report, which explains information such as the sample preparation methods, and an Image Report, which contains the printouts of EM images.
For images, digital data can be delivered via email, so please let us know.
*When images are delivered in email, you will not receive printed images.
7.Completion of analysis and suggestions for future analysis
We are happy to respond to questions on the reports or inquiries about conducting additional work, so please contact us any time after verifying the reports.
We will make recommendations for additional analysis as needed.
Upon your verification of the delivered reports, we will send you the estimate (original copy), a bill of delivery, an invoice, etc.
Your specimens after completing the analysis
・We will properly dispose of your specimens/samples, or we can send them back to you. When sending back specimens/samples, we normally use the cash-on-delivery service. The shipping fees can be incorporated into the test/analysis fees if you instruct us before placing the order that you’d like to have them sent back. We may request separate fees for sterilization and medical waste disposal.
・We keep the samples used for taking images for about 1 month. If you are considering taking additional images, we can either store them longer or return them to you if you tell us in advance.
・We normally store the paraffin-embedded blocks for TEM for 3 years, but we do not promise storing them securely.
・Digital data such as images will be stored in our servers for 3 years. In pursuant to the non-disclosure provision (Basic Terms and Conditions), we do not disclose those data to third parties; however, please tell us if you’d like to have them deleted immediately.
